Terms of use

In short: PERQO alerts you by email or on Telegram as soon as a direct flight in Europe lands on your free days at a price well below the usual price. Your first deal is free; further full alerts require a yearly subscription (€29 then €49 a year, 30-day money-back guarantee). PERQO does not sell tickets: prices are checked just before each message but may change afterwards, and you always book with the seller, on the seller’s terms.
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the PERQO service (the website perqo.online, PERQO emails and the Telegram bot @Perqo_travel_bot), published by William MESSI MBASSI — trading as PERQO (see the legal notice). Using the service means accepting these terms.
2. The service
- You connect your Google Calendar (availability only), then choose a departure city (currently Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Bordeaux, Nantes, Toulouse, Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Malaga, Lisbon, Porto, Berlin, Munich and Amsterdam); no destination is ever suggested in your own country, a budget and one alert channel (email or Telegram). Your free days are the days without meetings in your calendar.
- Every day, PERQO collects return prices for direct flights to a selection of European cities, for 2- and 3-night stays over the next two months.
- As soon as a real deal lands on one of your free slots, you get an alert with up to 3 flights for that slot: 3 alerts a week at most, between 8 am and 9 pm. Each price is checked again with the seller just before sending; only direct flights on a single ticket are suggested, at times that fit your calendar (leaving at least 2.5 hours after your last meeting of the day and never before 8 am, coming back from 2 pm and in time for your next meeting). PERQO only knows your busy slots: always check that the trip suits you before booking.
- An alert is only sent if the checked price is at least 25% and €20 below the usual price, i.e. the median price collected by PERQO for the same route and length of stay or, when available, the middle of Google Flights’ usual price range (the price must then be below that range). The saving shown is calculated on that usual price. No real deal, no message.
- Public holidays, bridge days and school holidays are worked out for mainland France from official texts; check your employer’s and school’s dates.
Announced price differences are estimates based on prices collected by PERQO; they are not a guaranteed saving. PERQO guarantees neither that an alert will be sent nor that an offer is the cheapest on the market.
3. Access and subscription
- Connecting your calendar and the first full alert are free. The service is intended for adults.
- Without a subscription, further alerts are sent as a preview: dates, price and saving, without the destination or booking link.
- Yearly subscription: €29 a year at the “founder price” for the first 100 subscribers (kept as long as the subscription is not cancelled), then €49 a year. Prices in euros, all taxes included. It gives access to all full alerts for one year from payment.
- Payment is made by card through Stripe; PERQO never has access to your card details. An invoice is sent by email.
- Renewal: the subscription renews automatically every year, at the same price unless notified beforehand. You get an email reminder between one and three months before each renewal, with the way to cancel.
- Cancellation: at any time, in one click from the “My account” page (“Manage my subscription”). The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed.
- 30-day money-back guarantee: within 30 days of the first payment, you can ask for a full refund by simple message, without giving a reason. This guarantee includes your 14-day right of withdrawal.
4. Prices, offers and booking
- PERQO is neither an airline, nor a travel agency, nor a payment intermediary. The contract of carriage is concluded directly between you and the airline or agency selling the ticket, on its terms (final price, baggage, fees, changes, cancellation, refund).
- Prices come from third-party sources and change constantly: the price shown when you book may differ from the alert.
- Baggage information is shown only when known. Always check the fare conditions with the seller before paying.
- Travel formalities (passport, visa, vaccinations, transit) are your responsibility; check with the relevant authorities.
5. Links to third-party websites
Alerts contain links to third-party websites (airlines, agencies, Google Flights). PERQO has no control over their content, prices or practices and is not responsible for them. Some links may become affiliate links in the future; this does not influence which offers are selected, which follows the rules described in section 2.
6. Your commitments
- Use the service for personal purposes, in good faith and lawfully.
- Do not automate the use of the bot, attempt to extract its data in bulk, or resell or republish alerts commercially without written consent.
- Do not disrupt the service or attempt to access other users’ data.
7. Availability
PERQO strives to provide a continuous service but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted (maintenance, unavailability of a data provider, Telegram or the host). Monitoring frequency may change.
8. Liability
PERQO provides information. To the extent permitted by law, PERQO cannot be held liable for a difference between the announced price and the price offered when booking, for an offer that is no longer available, for an error from a third-party source, or for the relationship between you and a seller. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Intellectual property
The brand, website, bot and their content belong to the publisher; any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
10. Personal data

11. Ending use
You can stop at any time: unsubscribe link in every email, “My account” page (delete all your data), or the /supprimer_mes_donnees command in the bot. In case of abusive use or breach of these terms, the publisher may suspend access to the service.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated; the date is shown at the top of the page. You will be informed in the bot of any significant change before it takes effect.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If you have a problem, please contact us first at hello@perqo.online so we can look for an amicable solution. Otherwise, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts. If you are a consumer and a paid offer is introduced, the details of the competent consumer mediator will be given here.
